Description
- Blush pink and white flowers with a delightful almond scent, nestling amongst mid-green leaves which emerge with a bronze tint
- Flowers in spring from March to April
- Ideal for growing in sunny or partially shaded beds and borders, or in large containers. Ideal for a sunny, west- or south-facing site, trained on a wall, fence, pergola or arch
- Pruning group 1 - no routine pruning is necessary. If the spread of the plant needs to be restricted prune immediately after flowering, cutting back overlong shoots to healthy buds

How To Grow
Good pest and disease resistance
Can occasionally be affected by aphids - if you spot them, they can be wiped off with a damp cloth and the affected area sprayed with soapy water to prevent a recurrence. Clematis wilt can be avoided by ensuring your plants have the correct balance of nutrients. Dig in plenty of compost when planting, and mulch around the plant in the autumn.
Water regularly at first
Water frequently when your plant is newly planted and getting established. After that, water during dry spells and avoid the soil drying out.
Full sun to partial shade
Clematis will thrive in partial shade but prefers a position in full sun (at least six hours of daily sunlight)
Any moist, well drained soil
Clematis will grow well in any soil type providing it is moist and well drained. If your soil is heavy or clay-based, mix in some fine gravel or perlite when planting, to help with drainage.
Feed in spring
Feed in spring and up to three times a year with a potassium rich fertiliser or rose feed, to encourage flower growth. ?v=1613300929

How do I know I'm getting quality plants?

When will I get my plants?
The delivery timescale for each plant is on the web page (near the 'add to basket's button). You'll receive a dispatch email with an exact delivery date once your plants are on their way, so you can get the garden ready.
How will my plants be packed and delivered?
We send all of our orders through a courier network designed to handle plants. Specialist equipment ensures that no plants will be damaged during the packing process and every order is carefully finished and checked by plant-loving humans. Your plants will arrive in the most sustainable packaging possible with minimal to no plastic used.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to anywhere in Mainland UK for our standard delivery cost. We are able to deliver most plants to Highlands and non UK mainland however this will be at an additional cost. This will be calculated at the checkout. Please note, deliveries to these locations will take longer. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland at present.
